Houston County, south of Dothan, Alabama will soon play host of another vacation destination with the up and coming “Country Crossing”. A Country Music Theme Park that will construct amphitheatres for some of Nashville’s most famous country artist to entertain us. “Country Crossing” will be located just south of Dothan towards the Alabama and Florida line just off of 231 South. It will be a Branson Missouri style Resort and Water Park that will accommodate the new I-10 connector and Highway 231 North and South traffic by car and the incoming air traffic that will be coming from the new Panama City Airport being built less than 90 miles south of Dothan and just north of Panama City Beach, Florida in West Bay on Highway 77 and 390.

It is also news that the Dothan Regional Airport is anticipating some changes soon but the information is not currently available as to all the details.
