Taylor, AL
Taylor, Alabama, is known to the locals as a popular small rural community for people who enjoy the country life in order to raise their children. It’s sister community of Rehobeth offers the school systems that the parents of Taylor’s children seem to love. So much so, that the brand new high school was opened two years ago for the over growth of families moving to these areas located in Houston County.
Other than the simple life, Taylor, Alabama offers one of the most popular convenient store’s in the county, a paved walking park, Town Hall, Senior Citizens Building, a few small churches and a ball park for the children. The community was named in honor of James Taylor, a settler in the area of Taylor during the early days of Houston Counties incorporation.
